What my teammates say

Our design journey together may be complete, but the impact of what we created will always remain.

Alex and I started a week apart, and over the course of 3+ years we helped build and grow the design practice at Arrive. Our collaboration centered around navigating day-to-day solutions and problem-solving, strategically aligning our efforts with a product-driven mindset and a well-defined design process.

I really enjoyed diving deep in the weeds with Alex on color theory and application; pouring over potential typefaces, icon sets, and design systems; as well as idea-bouncing and working through day-to-day solutions.

Alex has a fantastic visual sense for concept, typography, layout, and particularly color. More than a designer, he is a capable product leader.

He is detail-oriented, focused on the user, a motivated driver in delivering quality products and solutions, evidenced as a critical team player in launching Arrive's highly visible Carrier Portal website.

I'd love to work with him again.

Alex was senior designer when I joined Arrive and quickly showed himself to be a masterful designer both visually and strategically.
Alex was a voice of visual reason in a setting where function often over ran the form and consistency was able to teach me how to get my disparate wireframes into a connection of smooth hi fidelity mockups.

I often leaned on his understanding of how to construct net new pages and how to build within the constructs of an enterprise scale design system.
Alex is also a very thoughtful designer in the way that he takes edge cases into account and is able to design thinking skills to craft elegant solutions to intricate and tough problems.

His ability to understand the users of his products is keen and I would also lean on him to understand how to ask questions to get understanding about where to take a design.
