Freight Without the Search
Carrier search behavior showed that finding the right freight mattered more than navigating the portal itself. I redesigned load discovery around ranked matches, timing, and lane preferences so carriers could get to relevant opportunities faster.
Like most features added to ARRIVEnow Carrier, the experience evolved through multiple releases. I worked from an MVP, observed how carriers used it, tested changes, and iterated as we learned which information and controls actually helped carriers make booking decisions.
My Role
As the product designer embedded with the Carrier team, I owned the experience from discovery through production design. I worked with product, engineering, carrier sales, and operations to translate matching logic and carrier behavior into an experience carriers could quickly understand and act on.
