Shopping in the Journey
What To Expect already had a relationship with expecting and new mothers through pregnancy and parenting content. The concept explored how shopping could become part of that experience without feeling disconnected from why users were already there.
I designed an onboarding concept that introduced users to shopping content and helped establish preferences that could make subsequent product discovery more relevant.
My Role
I worked across UX concepting, wireframing, and prototyping to explore how the shopping experience could fit within the existing What To Expect ecosystem. My responsibility was to turn an early product idea into an experience the team could see, navigate, and evaluate.
